Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy YOU MUST email amcpartsstore1@gmail.com Immediately of placing order, If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been Processed, you will get credit issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been processed, the Product Return Policy Information listed below must be followed. If you refuse delivery it will be sent back to the shipper if you receive it you must return it back to us and once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned Parts Only. Shipping is non refundable .

Returned Goods:

No refunds on used products, No returns on Electrical Components after they have been installed.

Any returns must be authorized and returned using a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Contact AMC Parts Store either at amcpartsstore1@gmail.com or call 541-4792968 for return authorization.  All items must be in original packaging. Any items returned without a RMA# will be refused. The RMA# must be marked on the outside of the carton. Any items returned not in sell-able condition will not be accepted. No items may be returned after 30 days of invoice date. We do not charge a restocking fee.  However, items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an AMC Parts Store error will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Cost of Shipping item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer unless it is our error in which we will credit you the difference or send a postage paid label to use to return the item.  Returns can take up to   10 to 15 business days to process.  After 30 days. All sales are final.

ORDER RETURNED BY DELIVERY CARRIER :

Any order returned to warehouse due to incorrect address given by customer or usps cannot deliver due to no mail delivery at address will be returned to stock . Customer will be refunded less original shipping amount.

Damages:

Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. The receiver, Not the Shipper, must make claims against freight lines. All concealed damage should be reported to AMC Parts Store via Email to amcpartsstore1@gmail.com immediately. Any damage not reported within 5 days of invoice date cannot be adjusted or credited. 

Order Errors/Shortages:

Any shortages or shipping errors must be reported immediately. Any order/Shipment errors not reported within 5 days of invoice cannot be adjusted or credited

Warranty

The manufacture’s warrants to you that all parts supplied will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. This Warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. AMC Parts Store does not Warranty any item only the manufacture does. If you believe you have purchased defective parts from AMC Parts Store as described above, Please notify us at amcpartsstore1@gmail.com, explaining why you believe the parts are defective. AMC Parts Store will either request you to return the defective goods to our warehouse for inspection or will rely upon the information you have provided to determine whether the goods are defective as described above.  If any parts are proven to be defective, then AMC Parts Store, will replace the defective goods,or  refund the purchase price.

AMC Parts Store shall not be liable for ANY incidental or consequential damages that you allege you may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of goods from AMC Parts Store.  This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any defective goods.
