Description:

The Gator Mulcher 3-N-1 blade unique design has revolutionized the way blades mulch grass clippings. The angle of the Gator teeth redirects the air flow to keep the clipping directly in front of the cutting edge. The longer the clippings remain in front of the cutting edge, the finer the size of the clipping. These 3-N-1 blades can be used for mulching, bagging or side discharge mowing.

  • Price is for a set of 2 Geniune Gator 3-In-1 blades.

  • Hardened steel for extended blade life. All Oregon blades are austemper heat treated.

The blades came very quickly. I have used them once so far. They mulch leaves and grass way better then any blade i have ever seen. I usually read 10,000 reviews before I purchase anything. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!! These blades are a must for overall use and FALL CLEAN UP!

I bought this to replace the old bent useless oem ones. These blades are awesome. Even my 14 year old daughter was impressed, my grass looks like neat carpet. A great buy!

1Blades Too Long - They Hit Each Other When Engaged!!!!!!!!!!!!  Apr 24, 2012
By Allen
What are these yahoos doing? They cannot read a flipping tape measure?????? My old blades measure 21 5/16" These blades are supposed to measure 21 3/8". They actually measure 21 7/16". The blades hit each other when engaged!!!!!!!!!! What a bunch of flipping yahoos!!!!!!! The first and last blades I buy from Oregon. In 30+ years of replacing my lawn mower blades, I've never had this problem before. Looks like another reviewer had fit problems as well. Get it together Oregon!!!!!!!

2Not what I expected  Aug 21, 2011
By Sludge Guzzler
I bought a set of these blades to replace my worn out mulching blades for my John Deere LA 115. The price was right, they looked very aggressive and some reviewers raved about how great they were. One went so far as to say "the cut clippings was so fine there is virtually no trace of the grass that was cut(let alone any clumping/tracking)".

The blades that came with my John Deere did a nice job of mulching grass with the mulching cover installed. One I replaced the old blades with these, things went bad. I don't know if it was because the old blades were curved and these are straight but these blades do "not" mulch at all. They cut the grass but then they leave clumps of dead grass all over the yard. These would be great if you are bagging the grass but for mulching they do not do the job. I wound up having to go over where I've cut and rake up the clumps. I'm going to take them back off and replace them with real John Deere blades.

3Poor mulching  May 21, 2012
By M. Wills "MWills"
I used these to replace the original blades on a 42" John Deere rider. As a previous reviewer stated, they do look aggressive but there is no mulching at all. The original blades(even in their sorry shape after 9 seasons)would mulch and hardly leave a trace behind. These leave row upon row of grass clippings, creating a huge mess.
