Exactly what I needed May 14, 2010

When my kid jammed mud into my old ignition switch, I strongly suspected that was the source of my mower starting issues. Nevertheless, I yielded to the methodical diagnostic processes of the experts. Ultimately all other possibilities had been eliminated and the experts finally agreed that it was time to look at the ignition switch. A few dollars later and an EASY swap out, my mower started right up. I should have gone with my gut in the first place. (I had even told the experts about the mud.) This switch fit the bill and the price was terrific.

Came fast and New and had a extra key with it. I would buy this again. It was an original and better then after market.

This is an excellent switch and it came with the key. I had no problems installing it and my craftsmen mower starting on the first turn.

Received quickly. Went on quickly and I was able to get mowing again before the end of summer. Usually these things are not a snap to install, however this was.

This part replaced the ignition on my dad's craftsman DGT6000, we went to start it one day, and nothing happened when I turned the key; as if I hadn't turned the key at all. Found out the battery was dead. Recharged it, and noticed the hour meter was on, and amp meter was showing values. Not normal, and this is why the battery had died in the first place. I bought this replacement, and it fixed the problem! Even though it doesn't say it comes with a key, it did with mine (universal fit key, kept as a spare). Great product!
