Cub Cadet PTO Belt Sep 04, 2012

Just purchased a PTO Belt for my 2166 after repeatedly purchasing the Cub Cadet issued belt (which was double the price)because I kept breaking them. I think my problem was running my tractor to fast in tall grass and stressing the PTO belt. I stopped expermenting with CC's belts and went with this aftrer market. So far so good as I slowed down my cutting. The belt is fine fits perferct no issues to date. dont stress and buy it it works fine.

Cub Cadet Replacement Belt May 20, 2012

These PIX Belts are as good as or better than the OEM belts. I have used PIX Belts before, and they are half the cost of the Cub Cadet Belt ($39.99 at TSC). I even checked out my local NAPA, theirs was $28.00.....no wonder I bought a couple. Shipping and handling was fast, and arrived in good condition.

Bought this for a Cub Cadet 2166 and it fit as it should. Way cheaper than going to a dealer and buying this belt.

The original belt on my Cub 2165 went about 10 years. So being a loyal cub customer I went back to the dealer, expecting another 10 years. So after a week of waiting for the belt to come in and $40 dollars I got half a season out of it. I was not happy. Tried another factory belt, I don't know why. Again about a half a season. After that bit the dust it was time to try something else. 1 season and counting so far this has been a great belt at a great price and I got it quicker with shipping then my dealer could get it.
