I'm new to the world of snow blowers and didn't realize how quickly you can go through shear pins. Our new Ariens came with... 2 spares.... which I managed to go through the very first time we used it LOL
I ordered these that afternoon and THANKFULLY they arrived the day before our next big snow storm.
If you own an Ariens that takes 52100100 pins these are a MUST BUY!!

I have a thirty-two inch Ariens "Pro" model snowblower. I bought these to be on hand if the original shear pins broke. With the bad winter, I broke a few shear pins. These worked great to get back to throwing snow within the few minutes it took to get one in to replace the broken one.

Perfect fit. Good price. Delivered on time. Only time will tell if the shear stress is right but they look identical to the original equipment shear bolts that came with the Ariens.

These sheer bolts are exactly what I was looking for. Rather than putting a regular bolt or some other pin through the auger on my snow blower, these are perfect for the job. I bought 2 bags of 6 that should last longer than the snow blower. Buy these with confidence before you need them during a storm.
