I bought these shear pins for my new Cub Cadet 528 SWE Snow Thrower. The manufacturer only supplied two extras, and I didn't want to be without any extras for the winter. The shear pins look to be the same quality as those the manufacturer supplied, but the cotter pins aren't as good.

My snow-blower is a Cub Cadet # 726 TDE, it uses 4 shear pins , my order just arrived, the shear pins for this order come with the "HAIRPIN BOWTIES " which replace the common cotterpin. The bowties are easy to install without need for tools. This item is a great price for the package and offers ( The Amazon free shipping package) so how can you top that.

Made my snowblower work like a charm again and is off course much safer for the equipment then a regular bolt.
