I ordered these air filters for a Briggs & Stratton lawn mower depending on the product description and pictures for the correct information on the item. The item was listed as "5 Pack, OEM 491588S, 491588 Briggs & Stratton Air Filters by Briggs & Stratton" and clearly showed a picture of a B&S filter with the B&S logo and the words "Briggs & Stratton 491588S use genuine parts" in the picture. Under product features it was described as a "5 pack, Genuine FSP Briggs & Stratton 491588S Air Filter". The items received were not Briggs & Stratton filters, but a similar but different brand called Proven Part, made in China. I contacted the seller and was told that the picture shown was not their picture. They did courteously offer to refund my money if I sent the items back, but by the time I paid return shipping on the item I am not sure if it would have been worth it on a fairly inexpensive item. The item sent may or not be a quality replacement, but it was not the item listed for sale. So for your own information if you are expecting genuine Briggs & Stratton filters when you order this item, just be forewarned that they are not genuine B&S filters, but another Chinese made substitute.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT OEM AS STATE IN PICTURE OR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. THE SELLER NEEDS TO CONTACT AMAZON AND CORRECT ISSUE. I gave it it 2 stars because it does seem to fit and it is inexpensive.

Five individual air filter for this price is unbeatable. It fits my Sears lawn mower just like the original air filter. Five stars for the good price. I am sure the filter will work.
