Description:

Aftermarket Belt the same size as the stock #'s mentioned at considerably less cost than the OEM belt. Used as a deck belt on many AYP 42" decks. Also commonly used as a drive belt on many models. Have sold over a 1000 of these in the last 10 years with excellent success replacing the OEM belt. The protective cover is made of a synthetic rubber compound having excellent resistance to heat, oil and abrasion.

I purchased this for my Craftsman LT1000 riding mower. It is a perfect fit. Amazon's price was about half of what I found around town, and I had it in two days. Excellent value.

It didn't last long at all and snapped while mulching my front yard. My last belt lasted years. Not sure what happened but at least I didn't pay alot for it. I will not be buying another one.

The AMC parts store was lightening fast on shipping this product. I got 3 belts for the price of one at Lowe's. They are very nice belts and are working lovely. I highly recommend AMC.

The belt seemed to be a decent quality belt. And you couldn't beat the price. Not entirely sure it was the belts fault or my own, but it seemed like it was too small. I got it on, but it was a very tight fit. Would have taken it off and tried for a different size but was desperate to get some mowing done. Fired up the mower and immediately the belt started smoking. Before I could turn it off, the belt broke. I ended up getting a belt locally for more money that fit better, though technically the same size.

It may not have a band name anyone recognizes but its
built just like the orginal belt.I recommend this product as good to excellent.Orginal name brand belt was 45.00 this belt under 15.00
